Exceptional customer support at an excellent company.
I've been planning on ordering something a bit more special for the Mrs as a present and Techtoppers have topped it.
Jacob was absolutely brilliant, a credit to the company, being in contact with me every step of the way after my initial submission, running the design past me, sending screenshots to double-check the design, answering design questions I had myself and also making a few last minute alterations to the design (including the Windows key design and adding additional fonts text). The end result arrived soon afterwards, nicely packaged and most importantly, looking exactly like I expected it to.
Initially I did feel the price was expensive, but as with many things in life you get what you pay for and in this case, the whole custom design that I needed for the keys (I had found no service elsewhere that fitted the bill for keyboard design), the required layout (full-size ISO keyboard, a lot of places just did the smaller non-numeric keypad type) and the level of support I received was totally worth the price.
The end result looks amazing and although her birthday is still coming up, I've tested it all out and know she'll be completely over the moon with this.
