RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

At Tech Toppers, we take pride in offering high-quality custom-printed keycaps, mouse mats, and keyboards. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds. By purchasing from Tech Toppers, you agree to this policy.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Custom products, including items featuring personal designs or custom specifications, are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please ensure that you review your design and specifications carefully before placing your order.

Non-custom products may be eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:

  1. Return Request Timing: A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
  2. Condition of Item: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Any product that is damaged or shows signs of use will not be eligible for a return.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact@techtoppers.co.uk with the following details:

  1. Order Number.
  2. Description of the defect or damage.
  3. Photographic evidence of the issue.

We will evaluate your claim and, if approved, provide you with a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

RETURNS PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: please contact us via our contact page to request a return. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Shipping: Ship the item back to us within 14 days. Please ensure the item is properly packed to avoid damage during transit.

Please note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us via our contact page

CUSTOM PRODUCTS POLICY

Custom products are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as these items are produced according to your specifications. This includes any keycaps, mouse mats, or keyboards featuring custom designs uploaded by the customer.

If you believe there is an error or defect with your custom product, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and, if applicable, provide a replacement.

SHIPPING RETURNS

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by our customer support team along with your RMA number. Please do not send your purchase back without prior authorization.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Custom-printed products, unless defective or damaged.
  • Clearance or sale items.

CANCELLATIONS

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed or entered production, cancellations may not be possible. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
