At Tech Toppers, we are committed to delivering your custom products with the utmost care and efficiency. This Shipping Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for shipping and delivery of our products.
Please review this policy carefully to understand our shipping process, costs, and expected delivery times.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We offer shipping within the United Kingdom and internationally. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you have any questions about international shipping, please contact us via our contact page.
PROCESSING TIME
Each order is custom-printed and processed according to your specifications. The standard processing time for custom products is as follows:
- Custom Keycaps: 8-10 business days
- Custom Mouse Mats: 3-5 business days
- Custom Keyboards: 8-10 business days
Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. During peak periods or for complex designs, processing times may be extended. You will be notified of any delays via email.
SHIPPING METHODS
We offer the following shipping options for UK customers:
- Standard Shipping (Royal Mail 48 Tracked) – £ 3.95 or FREE on orders over £50
- Express Shipping (Royal Mail 24 Tracked) – £4.95
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Europe (International Standard/Tracked) Cost is based on product weight; calculated at checkout.
- International (excluding Europe) (International Standard/Tracked) Cost is based on product weight; calculated at checkout,
Orders shipped using International Standard do not include tracking, and we are unable to provide updates once the package has been dispatched. For peace of mind and reliable delivery updates, we highly recommend selecting International Tracked at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the order date. While we strive to deliver orders within these time frames, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays may impact delivery times. Tech Toppers is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or any third party involved in delivery.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through our carrier's website. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us via our contact page
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method. For UK orders exceeding £50, we offer free standard shipping.
Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the recipient is unavailable to accept delivery, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to re-ship the item. We recommend double-checking your shipping information before placing your order to avoid these issues.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt via our contact page. with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement.
For lost or missing packages, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and, if the claim is approved, provide a replacement or refund.
